We charge shipping costs within Germany according to our Shipping cost overview.
Shipping costs: If you make use of your legal right of cancellation, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending the goods from us to you.
If the dispatch of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge due to the value of your order and if you only make use of your right of cancellation for several ordered goods with regard to a part of the goods, you will bear the costs of dispatch in the amount, as they would have accrued, if you had only ordered the goods remaining with you.
Return shipping costs: If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(1) We deliver against prepayment by credit card, Giropay, SOFORT banking, PayPal or bank transfer.
Our confirmation email contains your complete order including bank details, if required. Please always include your order number when making a bank transfer.
Your payments will be processed by our payment service provider. This allows you to make various payment options. Transfers can be made online. Your payment data will be encrypted and sent over the internet without us receiving your data.
Creditcard Credit card payments work very easily with the professional and registered internet payment company we use. We do not receive any credit card information. Please do not send us any credit card information either. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

The warranty period for new goods sold to consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods. The warranty period for companies is 1 year. In the case of sale of used goods, the warranty period for consumers is also 1 year.
