Gloxinia bulbs – go for retro!

Gloxinia bulbs are ideal plants to grow in pots indoors. They are exotic and ‘old fashioned’ little plants, and thus, wonderfully retro, that can brighten up any living room. Because Gloxinia tubers are cultivated exclusively for indoor gardening, you can grow them whenever you want. Bulbs flower after four to ten weeks after planting. Gloxinia’s are tropical plants, with beautiful flowers and large dark and dramatic leaves.

The most popular Gloxinia bulbs in our range are the Gloxinia Kaiser-Friedrich and Gloxinia Kaiser-Wilhelm. These two varieties have stunning dark coloured flowers with a white trim. Also very popular is the Gloxinia Tigrina Red, with beautiful red-white striped flowers, which are also speckled. Although Gloxinia bulbs are indoor plants, you can of course place them outside when the weather is mild.
