About us

It all began very long ago in Holland, where the Koeman family first started growing tulips - a small patch meant for the cut flower trade. We didn't even sell flowerbulbs to England until 1960, when Jacobus Koeman came over to sell his family crop of flower bulbs.

Family business

Those bulbs grew - and so have we. Now there are three generations of Koeman which have taken part in our company, bringing you the best and most interesting bulbs and perennials that Holland has to offer. We may have a lot of employees now, we're still a family business!

And that's why we take such pride in our work, and put such emphasis on customer satisfaction. We're not just sending out products - we're putting our name and reputation on the line.

A. Customer information on the conclusion of distance sales

The following information for distance sales does not constitute Terms of Agreement. The contractual Terms and Conditions are contained in our Terms and Conditions.

You will receive all customer information in text form at the latest on delivery of the goods. You can also print or save this customer information.

2. Product selection and conclusion of Agreement

Once you have found the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button [add to shopping cart]. You can view the contents of the shopping cart non-bindingly at any time by clicking on the corresponding links or button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, please click the button “Buy”.

For orders via the online form on our website, after filling in the electronic order form (see B 1 below) you make a binding offer to conclude a Purchase Agreement by clicking on the order button. The Agreement of Sale is only concluded if we accept this offer.

Even in the case of orders by letter or fax, the Agreement shall only come into effect if we accept your offer.

3. Delivery and reservation of delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom.

Goods which are in stock will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of your payment, if payment in advance has been agreed, otherwise within 3 to 4 working days after the order, unless different delivery times are stated for the individual products. Longer delivery times or missing delivery options are displayed directly next to the products on the website.

4. Price of the goods

All prices quoted are final prices in POUND and include the statutory value added tax. Further details are contained in our Terms and Conditions. The following information for distance sales agreements does not constitute contractual Terms and Conditions. The contractual Terms and Conditions are contained in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Delivery and shipping costs

We charge shipping costs within Germany according to our Shipping cost overview.

Shipping costs: If you make use of your legal right of cancellation, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending the goods from us to you.

If the dispatch of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge due to the value of your order and if you only make use of your right of cancellation for several ordered goods with regard to a part of the goods, you will bear the costs of dispatch in the amount, as they would have accrued, if you had only ordered the goods remaining with you.

Return shipping costs: If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

6. Method of payment

(1) We deliver against prepayment by credit card, Giropay, SOFORT banking, PayPal or bank transfer.

Our confirmation email contains your complete order including bank details, if required. Please always include your order number when making a bank transfer.

Your payments will be processed by our payment service provider. This allows you to make various payment options. Transfers can be made online. Your payment data will be encrypted and sent over the internet without us receiving your data.

Creditcard Credit card payments work very easily with the professional and registered internet payment company we use. We do not receive any credit card information. Please do not send us any credit card information either. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.


Payment by bank transfer Payment by bank transfer should be made to one of the following accounts:

For transfers, the services of SOFORT Banking, PayPal or Giropay can also be used.

If you pay via PayPal, an account at PayPal is required. For the other payment methods, payment is made via an online banking form of the payment provider or your bank.

(2) In the case of payment by agreed advance payment, shipment shall only take place once the invoice amount has been credited in full to the seller’s account.

7. Cancellation

Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation. Details on your legal right of cancellation can be found here.

The right of cancellation does not apply to agreements for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

8. Warranty conditions

The warranty period for new goods sold to consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods. The warranty period for companies is 1 year. In the case of sale of used goods, the warranty period for consumers is also 1 year.

injury and damage to health are excluded from the reduction to 1 year.

1. How does the online agreement conclusion work with us?

Once you have found the desired product, you can place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the order button. You can view and change the contents of the shopping cart at any time.

2. Storage of the agreement text and access for the customer

We save your order data and send it to you in the confirmation of receipt by email. You will also receive our Terms and Conditions as well as instructions on your right to return with the confirmation email in text form.

For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the internet.

3. Input errors

You can change the contents of the shopping cart at any time. You can end the entire order process at any time by closing the browser window.

4. Language of the Agreement

You have the possibility to conclude agreements with us in English.
