Returns & Cancellations

Our flower bulbs, garden seeds, and perennial plants are seasonal natural products. Strictly speaking, these fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. However, we are flexible about this. It's entirely possible that the beautiful plant may be slightly different from what you expected. In such cases, we always strive to find a satisfactory solution. Therefore, please send us a message within two weeks of your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To request a return, we'll need some details from you. Once we receive your request, we will contact you via email.

Contact support using the green support button at the bottom right of the screen to submit your return request.

Please note! Do not send a return to our office address in Hem, but follow the instructions in the email so that your return arrives safely at our warehouse. Only if the return shipment arrives undamaged and the plants are still in good condition will we refund the full purchase amount. In all other cases, only a partial refund of the purchase amount will be issued. Naturally, we will substantiate our decision with photos.

Exception to the rule

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom made, products that perish quickly, or plant material such as flower bulbs, garden seeds, and perennial plants. This includes products that are custom made or have a short shelf life.

Returning Products

If you want to return a product, you have the right to do so under the following rules. You are a consumer, meaning you buy something for personal use and not for your work.

Returning Items
You may cancel the purchase without giving any reason within fourteen days of receiving your order. The fourteen days start from the day you or someone else received the products, except if it is a carrier.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let us know via the form above.

To meet the deadline of fourteen days, you must notify us of your cancellation before the expiry of that period.

Is returning free?
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Return Policy

To receive the full purchase amount back, the product must be returned in unused condition.

What does 'unused condition' mean?
  • The product must be in its original and undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be complete.
  • The product must not have been used.

Return Process
Once we have received your returned product, we will assess it. If the return shipment is in order, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days.

Diminished Value
If your product does not meet the return conditions, we will charge a maximum of 25% depreciation. We use this depreciation to restore the product to its original condition.

What happens if you cancel?

If you cancel the purchase, we will refund you within fourteen days, including the shipping costs you have paid (unless you have chosen a more expensive shipping option than our standard one). We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs for this.

We may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, depending on what happens first.

You must return or hand over the products as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen days after your cancellation. You can do this by returning the products within fourteen days. The costs of returning the products are at your own expense. If the products have decreased in value due to your actions that were not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, you are responsible for this.
