The flowers can be subtle; combined shades of purple-whites and yellows for example, to spectacular fiery reds and oranges. If you find it difficult to combine Fritillary bulbs, we suggest buying the mixed flower bulb collection. It contains four different Fritillaria varieties, which we have selected especially for you. How to plant Fritillaria bulbs

Fritillaria bulbs are easy to grow thrive in any garden soil, providing it is moist, rich and fertile. In full sun or partial shade. Add garden compost or well rotted manure before planting if the soil is poor. Plant Crown Imperials with the holes pointed upwards and handle checkered and purple bell Fritillaries gently, as these bulbs are delicate. After flowering, the leaves will die back naturally after flowering (mid-summer) and be dormant before starting a new growing cycle. Please refer to the planting instructions provided on the bulb packet for best results.
