Place bulbs that need a greater planting depth at the bottom, with those requiring a shallower planting depth above them. Follow the recommended planting depth for each variety and use a pot with drainage holes. This makes the most of the available space and, depending on the varieties in the collection, gives you flowers that bloom together or in succession.
